The Marquette Hoop House Pilot Project is looking for leaves to add to their compost. If you have leaves from a yard that does not have fertilizers or ANY synthetic chemicals added to it, and you don’t use them, we would gladly take them. Delivery of your leaves would be ideal, however we may be able to arrange to pick them up if they are in bags and within the city limits of Marquette. If you would like to donate some to the project, contact Kelly at 906-225-0671 or email services@marquettefood.coop. We can only accept a limited amount, please no dumping of leaves at the hoop house.
