More then ever before, consumers are seeking information about where their food comes from, how it is grown, and by whom. Additionally, consumers are becoming aware of how interconnected human health, animal health, and environmental health are intertwined. Below are web links for several organizations that monitor food and environmental issues as well as work to educate and mobilize consumers to take action regarding these issues. The Marquette Food Co-op does not specifically endorse or support these organizations but has chosen to list them on our site because they are working to protect our food and environment.
