If you are looking for strategies to make healthy behaviors stick\, this is the class for you. Join Dr. Kristi Wegener\, MD where she will discuss the interplay between emotions and behaviors. You will learn to identify behaviors that you want to change\, be guided through the appropriate steps to make those changes\, and learn strategies to keep yourself accountable so the changes last a lifetime.
