The Outreach Department oversees store programs such as food pantry donations, healthy vending at schools, and the administration of the Co-op Community Fund that helps Co-op owners in times of need. Advertising, store signage, messaging, and branding also fall under the department’s umbrella. However, the Outreach Department is best known for spreading the word about good food, all things local, and the significance of our food choices to people all over the U.P.
We host a variety of scheduled cooking and educational classes and also spread the word about good food via customized presentations and workshops. Take a look at the topics below for ideas.
